Responsibilities

We are seeking a Revenue Manager to join our dynamic Profit team in Helsinki, Finland. In this role you will:

1. Revenue Optimization: Maximize profit and market share for a selected set of our hotels.
2. Strategic Planning: Oversee strategic and tactical revenue initiatives, craft creative sales strategies, and determine pricing and channel mix for both transient and group business.
3. Demand & Inventory Management: Proactively manage processes related to demand forecasting, opportunity analysis, and inventory.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with the Strawberry Profit team, Field & Inhouse Sales, Marketing, and dedicated hotel teams to develop and realize synergies across the portfolio.

Qualifications

1. Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in a Revenue Management role within the hospitality industry.
