Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Revenue Integrity Analyst to support the Revenue Integrity department and serves as the key liaison and subject matter expert on all aspects of hospital charge capture and entry, charge integrity and charge reconciliation processes. This role partners with clinical and operational leaders to drive charge capture and integrity improvement initiatives, including charge reconciliation, new service implementation, CDM and payer audits, and identification of revenue optimization opportunities. The analyst ensures billing compliance and accurate charge capture through education, auditing, monitoring of regulatory and coding changes, and analysis of charge-related metrics, with a focus on minimizing revenue leakage and supporting compliant reimbursement.
