Primary Responsibilities:

- Contract reading of payment dispute

- Working on the Provider side

- Checking with the insurance to verify claim status and collect unpaid claims

- Process claims payment

- 70% Non-voice; 30% Voice

- Rcm back office, denials, claims and accounts receivable



Skillsets Required/Qualifications

- At least 12 months of Healthcare AR Collections experience (Healthcare BPO International)

> Educational attainment - at least 2nd year college undergrad

> Familiar with UB Claims and has knowledge in UB04 forms

> Has experience working on a Provider side (hospital)

> Background in calling insurance (Payer) to verify claims status and payment dispute
