What You’ll Do

Looking for a role with exposure on financial management? This position will have the opportunity to work cross‑functionally with the entire CFO organization, including the Finance department, GL Accounting team, Operations team, Treasury, and Legal department. Candidates should be ambitious, outgoing, and interested in learning about TTEC.

You’ll report to the Revenue Assurance Senior Supervisor. The position offers an enormous amount of exposure to all financial areas of the TTEC organization and is a great opportunity to develop professional skills.

During a Typical Day

• Responsible for all phases of revenue assurance processes for a portfolio of accounts
• Contract review for billing set‑up and proper revenue recognition requirements
• Identify and set‑up appropriate reporting tools to build invoice templates
