We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to join our team in St Petersburg, Florida. The Accounting Analyst is responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounting operations of the company through account reconciliations, research, documentation management, and general administrative accounting functions. This position assists with maintaining accurate financial records, organizing supporting documentation, and ensuring transactions are processed timely and accurately within the company’s ERP system.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established procedures and instructions. Responsibilities include assisting with reconciliations, researching discrepancies, maintaining accounting files and schedules, supporting month-end close activities, and assisting with various accounting and compliance-related tasks as assigned.
