Key Responsibilities:

Carries out activities aligned with the plans and programs of the Section and complies with the requirements of the Rules for Setting Transmission Wheeling Rates (RTWR), Rules Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Open Access Transmission Service (OATS) Rules, and other pertinent regulatory directives, issuances, rules, and regulations relative to revenue determination and administration for optimal revenue recovery of NGCP



Principal Duties and Responsibilities

1. FILING OF RATE APPLICATIONS ON REGULATED SERVICES AND EXCLUDED SERVICES

Facilitates the filing of tariff-related applications/petitions with the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) for regulated transmission services as required under regulatory issuances and guidelines to ensure optimal recovery of NGCP revenue.



2. CONDUCT OF REVENUE ADMINISTRATION
