Overview:

The Returns Management Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end returns and claims process, ensuring timely and accurate RMA handling, coordination with stakeholders, and resolution of customer issues based on established KPIs. 
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end returns and claims processing (request to credit note release)

Create and process RMAs accurately and on time

Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for product returns and pickups

Handle unauthorized returns by validating and resolving requests

Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders via email and calls

Resolve issues related to claims, approvals, and returns processing

Ensure compliance with KPIs (timeliness, accuracy, resolution)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
