The **Retirement Client Advisor** generates new business opportunities and manages a customer portfolio defined in the business plan. This involves being the primary contact for new or existing customers, presenting formal product proposals, and maintaining ongoing prospects for new business development.  This role focuses on building customer relationships and gaining loyalty by listening and responding to customers’ needs.

+ Delivers exceptional service in managing his/her book of business and building client relationships

+ Partners with internal Portfolio Management and Research to fully understand market narrative, manager selection and monitoring, strategy decisions, and effectively communicate recommendations
