This is an exciting role offering an experienced midwife the opportunity to impart their skills and knowledge to others, inspiring the next generation of midwives.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be involved in the designing, implementation and delivery of education to all members of the maternity multi‑professional team. This role has a significant focus on the support of newly qualified midwives throughout the preceptorship period, as well as the retention of all staff and recruitment of midwives to the maternity unit.
