About the Role:

Join the Dotti team as Store Manager at our Darwin store! We're on the lookout for a fun and fashion-savvy leader who’s all about creating a playful, customer-focused atmosphere while hitting sales targets. If you’re motivated by fashion, driven by results and passionate about leading your team to success, this is the role for you!


This is a Full Time position with availability required for weekends, late-night shifts, and public holidays.


A Day in the Life:

  • Lead your team to achieve sales goals and smash KPIs while keeping the store upbeat and customer-centric.

  • Train, coach and develop your team to help them reach their full potential.

  • Manage stock, minimise loss and maximise your store’s sales opportunities.
