• Provide expert technical advice on exhaust systems, including materials (stainless steel, titanium, carbon fiber), design (full systems vs. slip-ons), performance gains, sound profiles, and legal compliance (e.g., dB levels, EPA regulations).
• Demonstrate product features and benefits, utilizing showroom displays, catalogs, and multimedia tools.
• Process sales transactions accurately using our Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
• Handle customer inquiries, quotes, and special orders efficiently.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
