Job Description
Lead and deliver cross-functional technology projects through full lifecycle — from scoping and planning through implementation and launch.
Drive the implementation, development, and continuous improvement of retail systems including POS, ERP, CRM, AV, and in-store demo technologies.
Manage AI implementation initiatives within retail, including AI-powered customer experiences and AI-driven store operations optimization.
Own retail customer journey design projects — mapping, improving, and innovating how customers interact with technology across the store experience.
Translate complex technical requirements into clear action plans, serving as the bridge between engineering, product, and retail stakeholders.
Partner cross-functionally with Retail Operations, Product Marketing, Enterprise Systems & Product, Retail Design & Implementation, Retail Finance, and Product Management to drive seamless execution.
