Job Description

This position is responsible for supporting 18 terminals located across the province of Quebec by providing assistance with inventory, merchandising, customer service, and maintaining operational standards to promote efficiency and a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for visiting independent retail locations and terminals to ensure store standards are maintained
• Ensure regular store maintenance is upheld
• Serve as a support contact for other pick-up/drop-off locations
• Ensure employees are engaged and informed of current policies and procedures
• Assist with handling customer complaints and inquiries
• Assist with planning and maintaining store schedules
• Responsible for planning and supporting classroom training and maintaining records
• Manage compliance with retail standards across all locations
