The Role

Reporting directly to group ownership, the Retail Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operational performance across all stores.

You will act as the link between store management teams and ownership, ensuring standards are maintained, teams are accountable, and stores operate efficiently and profitably.

This is a highly visible, floor-based role requiring daily store visits and active involvement in operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily store visits and structured floor walks
• Assess store presentation, merchandising, cleanliness, compliance, and operational standards
