About the Role:

To elevate retail performance by driving operational excellence across inventory management, planning, governance, and communication, ensuring stores are optimally equipped to deliver commercial results while consistently providing an exceptional client experience.

Retail Operations Management

  • Serve as the primary operational liaison for the retail organization, including support during critical business periods outside office hours when required.
  • Ensure consistent execution of retail SOPs, policies, and operational standards across all boutiques and counters.
