Monitor and evaluate the performance of the retail team regularly to ensure consistency, and improvement of productivity and service quality

Plan and forecast staffing needs based on sales trends, foot traffic, and operational requirements

Lead, train, motivate and develop retail staff in promoting courtesy and improving customer service standards.

Liaison with Mall Management
