Job Description

Responsibilities




  • In charge of Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Chengdu, and Shanghai retail stores

  • Lead stores sales and in charge of store managers' performance, providing training to staff and develop sales and customer service skills to drive optimal business result

  • Monitor inventory control and product consolidation

  • Manage and supervise retail stores operations, including own retails, outlets, and launch events

  • Lead the development of store visual merchandising and work in integration with marketing team on retail marketing activities

  • Lead and development of store community programs to elevate store profile and sustain customer retention and relationship building
