**_Traditions_** operates **7 days a week** , serving lunch and dinner Monday–Friday and brunch on weekends. The ideal candidate will bring strong restaurant leadership experience, union management expertise, and the creativity to drive menu innovation, culinary trends, and exceptional guest experience.
