SUMMARY OF THE JOB :

Reporting to the Supervisor of Home Equity and Underwriting, the incumbent is responsible for preparing complete loan packages of all consumer loans including Home Equity Credit lines, Home Equity Fixed loans and Overdraft Lines of Credit, underwriting files within established guidelines, and ensuring that documents conform to established guidelines.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


+ The Retail Loan Analyst compiles information and data into a completed loan package.

+ Knowledge of Bank and investor guidelines for consistency of underwriting within the department, and verifies that supporting documents and loan applications conform to such guidelin...
