Hermès is looking for a Retail Excellence Manager to develop and implement data‑driven analysis to contribute to the definition of the retail strategy and bolster the company’s ability to achieve growth. This role involves close collaboration with the stores in the Middle East and all Head Office functions to ensure the alignment of the retail strategy with overall business objectives.

• Study analytics and financial information to identify areas of business opportunity and connect these opportunities to larger strategic initiatives
• Ensure harmonization and alignment of performance indicators across teams and stores, aligned with the Group
