Job Scope

• Support development and execution of monthly marketing plans and campaigns
• Coordinate campaigns across digital platforms and retail stores to ensure alignment
• Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads (SEM/Display/YouTube)
• Manage SEO/SEM, EDMs, and content marketing initiatives
• Monitor and optimise campaign performance to maximise ROI and conversion
• Collaborate with partners on co‑marketing campaigns and digital promotions
• Manage CRM activities, including email/SMS campaigns and customer database engagement
• Work with retail teams to ensure proper customer data capture at stores
• Communicate promotional plans clearly to retail staff for in‑store execution
• Ensure consistency across POSM, promotions, and customer messaging
