Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets set by the management
- Provide excellent quality service to customers and high-level sales service
- Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance on product features
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism
- Perform housekeeping within the outlet, e.g. create and maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing store environment
- Perform receiving/unpacking/stacking/bar-coding of merchandise in outlet
- Ensure sufficient inventory and comply with inventory control procedures
- Submit reports and customers’ feedback to management
- Responsibilities as deem appropriate for Retail Associate
- Minimum qualification: N-Level, O-Level, ITE, or equivalent
- At least 2 years of retail experience preferred
