About This Job

As an Associate Manager in Retail Vertical client engagement team, you will be responsible for engaging retailer clients using reliable information, high-quality analysis and add value through a strong understanding of client needs and providing them with the integrated solutions and insights that will help achieve their business goals. 

Responsibilities

  • Support manager to ensure effective account planning and prompt communication with responsible retailers and internal delivery/product/function teams. Engage with the responsible retailers in order to achieve the set business objectives and other operational performance indicators. 
  • Maintain accurate, complete, up-to-date and insightful client business profiles to be shared with senior management.
