Retail Assistant Store Manager 

to join our Team!

$22.56 to $24.56 per hour

We offer an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process! 

Our retail sales associates can earn UP TO 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $6.47 per hour ON TOP OF YOUR HOURLY RATE.

Reports to: Store Manager
Supervisory Responsibility: Pawnbrokers or Sales & Loan Associates, in absence of Store Manager
Position Summary:
Accountable for the day-to-day operations of the store, promotes a positive and productive environment.
