Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide product information.
• Promote and sell phones, computers, and accessories directly and during live sessions.
• Maintain product knowledge and achieve sales targets.
• Manage inventory and ensure shelves are well-stocked.
• Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and returns.
• Set up and maintain product displays, keeping the retail area organized.
• Provide sales reports.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: RM2,300 + commission (up to RM5,000)

• Able to create content and host TikTok live sessions.

Working Schedule

• Shift options: 9:30 am–6:30 pm, 11 am–8 pm, 1 pm–10 pm.
• 5 working days per week, 2 days off.
