As an Assistant Store Manager, you play a vital role in supporting our mission of providing employment-related services to the community by participating in all areas of the store's daily operations. Every day will be something different, packed with variety and routine! You will be training new hires; motivating staff to meet their individual and team goals; providing outstanding customer service to shoppers, donors, and employees; managing administrative responsibilities; and creating an environment where your team wants to come to work every day!
