• Customer Assistance: Greet and assist customers, answer product inquiries, and guide them in finding items to enhance their shopping experience.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist in restocking shelves, and report any inventory discrepancies to the store manager.
• Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-presented, including tidying aisles and maintaining product displays.
• Customer Service Skills: Strong ability to interact with customers, provide helpful information, and maintain a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage stock, keep the store tidy, and maintain product displays efficiently.
• Physical Stamina: Capability to lift, move, and stock products, as well as stand for extended periods during shifts.
