As Retail Area Manager in our WE Region, you will be responsible for leading and driving the performance of a team of Shop Managers and Marketplace Managers to help make sure our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops are the most exciting on the high street, providing the best products and highest quality customer service in the industry.

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will be a key part of the Regional Operations Team. This team works closely with the Head of Retail & Product, Regional Operations Manager, and other key stakeholders to fully support and deliver the Retail Plan. Each Area Manager has P&L responsibility for all shops within their Area.
