Title: Restaurant POS Systems Analyst
Location: Houston, TX, 77040 (100% onsite)
Duration: Direct-Hire
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holder, or Authorized to Work in the US
The Restaurant Systems Analyst is responsible for configuring, administering, supporting, and enhancing restaurant and back-office business applications. This role serves as a bridge between IT and restaurant operations, leveraging strong expertise in point-of-sale and back-office systems, particularly Aloha POS and NCR Back Office (NBO), to recommend and implement effective technology solutions.
The analyst partners with operations, vendors, and internal teams to ensure system reliability, data accuracy, and continuous improvement.
