Shift Leaders

Shift Leaders are generally responsible for coaching Dunkin' Restaurant Team Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver great guest service. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others providing timely feedback.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members
2. Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals and execution
3. Ensure Brand standards are met throughout shift including preparation of food and beverages
4. Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members
5. Coach restaurant team members as needed throughout a shift providing timely, constructive and clear feedback
6. Support the training of restaurant team members as needed
7. Perform oversight of franchisee safety, security and profitability policies/processes throughout a shift
