Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage daily outlet operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and excellent customer service
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Oversee staffing, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Monitor inventory, control costs, and optimize operational efficiency
- Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and marketing activities
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, operational standards, and all company policies, procedures, and service protocols across the outlet
- Maintain accurate records of operations, finances, and staff performance
- Supervise and ensure consistent execution of opening, closing, and shift handover procedures
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly
