MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

• The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operational performance, profitability, customer experience, and people management of the restaurant.


• The role is accountable for driving operational excellence, achieving sales and profit targets, building high-performing teams, and ensuring that all company brand standards and customer service expectations are consistently executed.


• The Restaurant Manager is expected to lead from the front by creating a culture of accountability, operational discipline, teamwork, and exceptional customer experience.
