**Description:** The Responsible Systems Engineer (RSE) for the FBM Program Boost Control System (PBCS) serves as the single technical point of contact for the entire PBCS suite and each constituent product, providing continuity of product knowledge, source data, and traceability of all system relationships, owners, and required accountabilities. Acting as a knowledgeable, experienced, and trained specialist, the RSE advocates for the product throughout its lifecycle—from requirements definition through mission operations—and leads the life‑extension effort to ensure sustained reliability, availability, and performance.
