**Requirements:**

+ Graduate from an AMA approved Respiratory Care program

+ Current Certified/ Registered Respiratory Therapist (CRT/ RRT) licensure in applicable state (WA)
+ American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, PALS for Health Care Providers
+ Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
