ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• provide ventilatory assistance or support
• perform various assessments or cardiorespiratory function
• monitor the condition of people under anesthesia in the operating room, intensive care or emergency, including sedation-analgesia or under ventilatory assistance
• mix, administer and adjust medications or other substances according to the medical prescription
• insert or remove a nasotracheal or gastric tube
