Resourcing Support Administrator – Interpath, Cape Town, South Africa

We are looking for a detail-oriented, process-driven individual to support our Global Restructuring and Global Advisory teams in the Central Resource Management team. In close collaboration with Resource Managers, you will ensure accurate data, generate MI reports, maintain dashboards, and support data cleansing, system updates, and transformation activities.

Responsibilities Ensure all resourcing data is accurately maintained within Napta, the firm's resourcing platform. Perform regular data validation checks to ensure consistency with internal policies and processes. Maintain up-to-date skills and experience data across systems, supporting transition from Excel-based trackers to Napta. Identify and flag missing or inconsistent data, working with Resource Managers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
