Responsibilities

+ Manage and lead production teams, including direct supervision of associates and coordination with department managers.
+ Oversee all direct and indirect production processes to ensure timely delivery of finished products.
+ Set daily workload schedules and coordinate with internal departments to meet product and equipment needs.
