Position Summary

The purpose of this role is to support the resource management team with managing supply and demand across the Dentsu Creative Service Line. Assists in planning and process for all assignments and extensions of resources based on capacity and demand needs. Collaborate with Resource Specialist/Manager to review trending on quality metrics for management associated with capacity. Partner with Resource Specialist/Manager to understand the brief of a project, submit job requests in our CRER system for perm or non‑perm and track status with recruiting team. Help maintain level of effort, time off and skillsets within the SmartSheet tool.
