The Resource Management (RM) Senior Associate is a member of the EY Canada Resource Management team supporting Consulting. The RM Senior provides functional support to the Consulting RM Leader/Sub Service Line (SSL) RM Leads.
Responsibilities
Deployment:- Support Consulting RM SSL Leads in addressing complex scheduling assignments.
- Regularly review CRM/pipeline data to proactively match resources to committed deals/highly probable pursuits.
- Conduct skill and bio/CV searches that focus on matching project need(s) with required skills, development opportunities and project risk.
