Position Title: Resiliency Backlog Coordinator

Duration: until Oct 31st with possibility of extension

Working Location: Mississauga/Scarborough, ON (Hybrid- 2 days)

Role Highlights: L ooking to engage a Resiliency Backlog Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our resiliency intake and backlog process. At a high level, the role focuses on coordinating and maintaining resiliency gap records, ensuring data quality and traceability in tooling (e.g., JIRA and Confluence), working with technical stakeholders to clarify and enrich submissions, and supporting governance forums and leadership reporting. This is a coordination and enablement role rather than hands-on remediation, well suited to someone with strong organizational skills and familiarity with IT service management concepts.
