Job Description

Due to expansion, our clients, a highly successful and growing Surveying practice, are seeking a Residential Surveyor to work on a Consultancy basis in Saffron Walden.

The role is available, working a minimum of 2 days a week. The role will involve carrying out Mortgage Valuations and Level 2 Surveys

Working hours:

  • Flexible working hours, a minimum of 2 days a week
  • Remote / Work from home

    • Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor:

  • Fee split on all surveys carried out
  • £50,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on agreed working days and workload
  • Holiday Pay
  • PI Insurance
  • RICS and VRS fees paid (subject to conditions)
  • Equipment provided, including iPad, Mobile phone, Surveying equipment
