Childrens Residential Support Worker We are currently recruiting on behalf of a client providing both childrens residential care and supported accommodation services across Southampton. Their childrens homes support young people aged 1115, while their supported accommodation services work with 1618-year-olds preparing for independence. About the Role As a Childrens Residential Support Worker, you will act as a positive role model and parental figure, supporting young people with their daily routines, emotional wellbeing and personal development. You will be working within small, supportive teams to help create a safe, nurturing and structured environment.
