Job Description
We are working with a large SEN school just outside of Ashford who are looking for experienced and qualified Residential Support Workers to start throughout June into July 2026.
The role is based at the Residential site for the SEN school. Working hours are 1pm - 11pm.
The school is an coeducational, day school which caters for students across Key Stages 1 β Key Stage 4 with EHC Plans of social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties and a range of additional learning difficulties including Autism and Moderate Learning Difficulties. They also have a seperate site closeby that supports children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health issues.
Your key duties as a Residential Support Worker will be to:
Β· Support students 1:1 and on a small group basis within the Residential home.
Β· Follow IEPs.
Β· Manage any challenging behaviour at times.
Β· Provide encouragement and help teach the young people life skills.
