Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a caseload of residential property matters

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships

  • Understanding client needs and delivering excellent service

  • Advising on investment property transactions and their nuances

  • A qualified Solicitor (NQ and above)

  • Proven experience in residential property/conveyancing is essential

  • Buy-to-let experience is advantageous but not required

  • A strong team player with a proactive and supportive approach
