Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Residential Leasing/Accounting Administrator to join our passionate team. Reporting to the Director of Residential and Tenant Services, this person supports the lease administration, rent processing, financial reporting support, and maintaining accurate tenant and accounting records. The ideal candidate combines strong accounting fundamentals with excellent administrative and customer service skills.

Main Responsibilities

Accounting Support

• Provide input or track data for reports as required by Property Managers and Director of Residential Leasing and Tenant Services.
• Providing input to the Residential Property Managers to facilitate smooth operations.
• Reviews Arrears listing for entry errors etc.
• Verify rent roll reports.
• Follow up on arrears and support collections process.
• Credit/Debit amounts in tenants accounts using Yardi. ...
