**Job Description**

**Position Summary:**

The Residential Coordinator is responsible for fostering safe, inclusive, and engaging residential communities that support students’ academic success, personal development, safety, and wellbeing. This role coordinates and administers a core functional area of the University Housing program across an assigned region of residential communities, serving approximately 1,500–2,000 students. The position provides leadership to undergraduate staff, collaborates with campus partners, and responds to student needs, conduct issues, and crisis situations.
