Racker is launching a new leadership structure where the Team Director and Assistant Team Director will collaborate with the full team to enhance the experience of those working and living within the home. Ideal candidates will be excited to support the goals of this structure, will listen to all team members as they provide feedback and will provide feedback on the successes and challenges of the new structure. Come lead and partner with a group of staff, with families and residents, community members and other programs to further Racker’s vision where everyone knows that they belong.
Salary Range: $21-$24 based on relevant experience
