We’re looking for a warm, motivated Resident Wellbeing Assistant to help create uplifting, person‑centred experiences for older Australians. You’ll support residents to stay socially connected, mentally stimulated, and actively engaged in daily life.
In this role, you’ll be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team dedicated to dignity, choice, and genuine human connection.

Deliver and support a variety of lifestyle and wellbeing programs
Encourage residents to participate in activities tailored to their interests and abilities
Build trusting, respectful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
