Overview


Perform in the field service repairs on construction equipment. This position covers the construction market in the followingMissouri territory. Counties include, but not limited to:Randolph, Macon, Adair, Monroe, and Shelby county.


Basic Duties


+ Perform service and repairs on construction equipment in the field for Altorfer’s customers.

+ Troubleshoot and repair engine, hydraulic, electrical, and other systems.

+ Provide excellent customer service to all customers.

+ Operate equipment in a safe manner to find diagnostic errors, technical problems, and determine proper solutions.

+ Establish and maintain a service oriented relationship with customers and supervisors.

+ Order parts in equipment parts books or online.
