Job Description

We are seeking Resident Technical Officers (RTOs) for a coastal development project on an offshore island (Singapore). The role requires site supervision in land reclamation, marine construction, and coastal development.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise site works, ensuring compliance with specifications, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Assist the Resident Engineer (RE) in managing site activities, maintaining quality control, and enforcing workplace safety.
  • Monitor project progress, inspect works, and maintain records, including material usage, vessel movements, and equipment logs.
  • Liaise with contractors, consultants, and authorities, ensuring proper execution of work plans and regulatory compliance.
  • Review technical submissions, method statements, risk assessments, and variation orders, providing verification and recommendations.
